Whether you want to start a project for your home or make a gift for friends and family, this is the perfect class for any quilting beginner.
During the 3 hour class we will show you how to cut and prepare your fabric, the easiest method of sewing patchwork as well as quilting and binding techniques. We will also cover the design opportunities available in adding borders and sashing so that you can return home with the skills required to start working on your own project, be it from a pattern or your own design.
During the 3 hour session we will create a quilted place mat, so that you can learn the techniques on a small scale project.
